Job Description:
He or she will work with the customer leadership team to formulate “execution” strategy and enable successful delivery of programs and for overall quality, engagement, and alignment to schedule and budget.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in selling into banking or capital markets firms
• Cap Mkts/Commercial Banking would be nice to have
• Proven aggressive hunting skills.
• Experience working with partners/alliances (to some extent)
• Help engage the client to represent our execution capability during pursuits; validate the execution playbook for programs won and “envision and transform” the client business landscape.
• Set up teams with the right level of capability and capacity to execute teams.
• Set relevant standards of quality and other work to the team.
• Be a unifier across Service lines to provide a flawless interface to the client across our delivery programs. Towards that, collaborate between several competency centers to bring in alignments and ensure successful delivery.
• Relationship management; establishes and forms relationships with appropriate client-side peer(s). Relationship measured by ability to influence the client w.r.t engagement models and envisioned solutions.
• Resolves delivery issues; understands and leads client expectations to result in an extraordinary client experience. Ensure engagement objectives are in continuous alignment with the evolving business direction.
• Assist the rest of account team in new business development initiatives to grow focus and wallet share with the customer. Review/facilitate technology solution, architecture, estimates and execution methodology for new opportunities.
• Help manage internal account operations – these include commercial operations, process, coordination, etc.
• This person will provide leadership on the overall engagement (across different dimensions like delivery, bid management, staffing, financials, etc.)

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
